The Study Anchor expressly reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time in its sole discretion, and without giving notice to you, by including such alterations and/or modifications in these Terms of Use. Any continued usage of the Site after the posting of such modified Terms of Use shall be deemed to indicate your irrevocable agreement to such modified Terms of Use. If at any point you do not agree to any modified Terms of Use, you may no longer use the Site.

Our Services & Sales

We offer specialized coaching to aspirants to help them in their preparations for various competitive exams and provide them an edge over their competitors.

• All sales through this website are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of the company’s management will be treated as final and binding.
• All legal issues will be settled in the courts of New Delhi, India only.

Except as may be otherwise noted, the information and materials (including, without limitation, HTML, text, audio, video, white papers, press releases, datasheets, product descriptions, software and FAQs, and other content) available on or from the Site (collectively, “The Study Anchor Content”) are the copyrighted works of The Study Anchor and its licensors/associated authors. The Study Anchor expressly retains all right, title, and interest in and to The Study Anchor Content, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights therein.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms of Use, any unauthorized usage of The Study Anchor Content by anybody who is outside The Study Anchor management or anywhere outside The Study Anchor website or event supported by The Study Anchor will be treated as a violation of copyrights and/or other applicable laws.

The downloading or screen-recording of the content—videos, audio, text, HTML pages, mock tests, datasheets, and other content—available on the website is strictly prohibited. Anyone found downloading or screen-recording the content will be liable for strict legal action.

Third-Party Content

In addition to The Study Anchor Content, the Site may contain information and materials provided to The Study Anchor by third parties (“Third-Party Content”). Third-Party Content is the copyrighted work of its owner, which expressly retains all right, title and interest in and to the Third-Party Content, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights therein.

Limited Usage of Site Content License

The Study Anchor grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Site and the associated The Study Anchor Content and Third-Party Content (collectively, “Site Content”) by displaying the Site Content on your computer, and downloading and printing pages from the Site provided that:

• such activity is solely for your personal, educational or other non-commercial use;
• you do not modify or prepare derivative works from the Site Content;
• you do not obscure, alter or remove any copyright notices on any Site pages or Site Content;
• you do not otherwise reproduce, redistribute or publicly display any of the Site Content; and
• you do not copy any Site Content to any other media or another storage format.

User Content

If you elect to display, post, submit or otherwise make available to others on the Site any content or works of authorship, including, without limitation, images, software, audio files, text, or any other materials (collectively, “User Content”), you hereby grant to The Study Anchor a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license, including the right to grant sublicenses to third parties, to use, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works from, and distribute such User Content, for any purpose.

You irrevocably represent and warrant that (i) you have all necessary power, authority, rights, title and/or licenses to grant the foregoing license; and (ii) the posting, submission, or display of User Content by you on the Site, and The Study Anchor’s exercise of the foregoing license, does not and will not (1) violate any law or (2) infringe any intellectual property right of any third party.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold The Study Anchor, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, costs, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of or related to any third-party claim resulting from a breach of the foregoing representations and warranties.

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks and logos included on the Site (“Marks”) are the property of The Study Anchor or third parties, and you may not use such Marks without the express, prior written consent of The Study Anchor or the applicable third party.

Site Usage & Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Site to post, transmit or link to:

• any advertisement, promotional materials or solicitation related to any product or service that is competitive with The Study Anchor products or services; or
• software or programs which contain any harmful code, including, but not limited to, viruses, worms, time bombs or Trojan horses.

You may not deploy to the Site any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other application designed to retrieve or index information from the Site (“data mining”).

Registered Users

• You agree that the information you provide in connection with your registration will be current, complete and accurate.
• You agree not to choose a username that violates any law or the intellectual property rights of others, or is offensive; The Study Anchor reserves the right to reject any username for any reason or no reason.
• You agree not to transfer, sell, convey or assign the right to use the Site to any third party without The Study Anchor’s prior written consent, and not to permit any third party to use your username and password to access the Site.
• You are responsible for the conduct of any party that uses your account, whether or not authorized by you, and for any breach of Site security related to your username and/or password.

Indemnification

You irrevocably agree to indemnify, defend and hold The Study Anchor, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, costs, damages, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
